What is H.A.T.C.H. or Hands Across the City of Hampton?

H.A.T.C.H. is a multifaceted initiative to promote city wide unity. It was born from our acknowledgement that we must preserve and maintain strong relationships among all residents of our city. We further realized that the best fruit comes from well cultivated seeds and a weed free garden. Seeds that are properly nurtured, fed and provided ample light to grow strong. Finally, we accepted that it is our responsibility as adults, to ensure a fruitful harvest starting with our seeds. It has to begin with our children.
